A 28-year-old transient woman stole a Ford Focus in Adams County this past Sunday morning from a condo complex.
She was drunk at the time and noticed a young 5-year old child sitting in the back seat. When she noticed the child, she immediately returned the car to the complex.
She is now facing kidnapping, DUI and theft charges.
