On April 19th near 120th Ave and Federal Blvd a 23-year-old woman failed to yield while making a left turn. She caused an accident and then tried to drive off, but her car was too damaged to make it far.
The police arrived and found her to be visibly intoxicated and watched as she tried to keep from falling several times. She also did not have proof of insurance.
After failing the sobriety test, she was taken to the Westminster Police Departmeent and then the Washington House Detox Center.
