On Friday, July 24th at around 11:41 p.m. a 19 year old man was riding his red and black Kawasaki when he was hit from behind causing him to lose control.
A black 2005 Range Rover LR3 hit the Parker man from behind as they were traveling eastbound on E-470. The bike spun and fell to the ground and the man was tossed from the bike suffering from serious injuries.
The drive of the SUV fled the scene, but was later found in Aurora at the home of the 36 year old driver, Angela K. Deslongchamp.
Charges against Deslongchamp are currently pending and authorities believe that both excessive speed and alcohol are contributing factors to the accident.
