If you read the story yesterday about DUI drivers with more than one prior DUI arrests, you can consider Victor Gallegos part of that statistic.
On March 9th, Gallegos was stopped by Fremont Police for speeding and driving while impaired by alcohol; his 18th DUI since 1980.
There are only six people in Colorado who have more DUI arrests than Gallegos, which is a scary statistic in itself.
Gallegos has served prison time on at least 5 different occasions and failed to show up to court for his last DUI arrest on April 1st. The judge has set his bail at $20,000 if he ever turns up.
